L. ANDRE LAM
Mr. Lam handles all sorts of litigation including personal injury, criminal defense, business litigation, insurance coverage and workers' compensation cases representing clients both as plaintiffs and as defendants. Since 1990, Mr. Lam has conducted numerous jury and non-jury proceedings before Federal and State courts in Los Angeles and Orange counties. He also represents debtors in bankruptcy proceedings, as well as practices in the areas of taxation, and estate and trust. He is licensed to practice before the U.S. Tax Court. Mr. Lam's experience includes employment with Peat Marwick and Ernst & Young, the big six accounting firms, in their tax department in Oklahoma and with a law firm in Clairmont, California. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Lam had extensively acted as consultant to various small and medium sized businesses in the areas of accounting, taxation and financial planning.

L. Andre Lam is a graduate of the
University of Tulsa College of Law, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, an ABA accredited law
school, in 1990. He is also an Oklahoma Certified Public Accountant since
1983 and a member of the Oklahoma Bar in addition to being licensed to practice
law in the State of California. Mr. Lam holds a joint degree in Finance and
Accounting from Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, Oklahoma, in 1980.
